This website is designed to help you discover ways to enhance your personal leadership skills.

Personal leadership is not about a position or title it is about discovering how you communicate with others and use those skills to inspire others and improve the quality of life for yourself and those around you.

Through years extensive training and coaching I have discovered that taking your personal leadership skill to the next level requires that you look inward to discover what is core values are and then use your knowledge and training to turn those learnings into habits.

I now see opportunity and growth in situations where I once was frustrated and caught up in the emotion of events.

I will be providing monthly lessons and challenges to help guide you on a series of challenges that will allow your personal leadership skills to come to the surface. The challenges are to turn your skills into habits.
